Hi friend—welcome! I’m Ruth Hovsepian—speaker, author, and podcast host who loves helping people walk closer with Jesus. If you’ve ever wondered, “Who is Ruth Hovsepian?” I’m a woman redeemed by grace, passionate about honest conversations, practical hope, and Scripture that meets you right where you are.
I’ve lived the highs of career success and the lows of addiction and shame. What changed everything wasn’t willpower—it was Jesus.

My Story (the short version)
I grew up in a Christ-centered Armenian family in Canada with parents who modeled ministry and prayer. I knew the language of faith—but like many of us, I wandered.
Here’s the part I want you to hear in my own voice: life got messy. My marriage ended, I became a single mom, and I tried to outrun pain with success and secrets. I stumbled. A lot. But God met me—gently and persistently—and led me back to Himself through Scripture, repentance, and prayer. I’m still a work in progress, and that’s the good news: grace keeps working. If you’d like the fuller story (and more details than fit here), you can read the original post: Who Is Ruth Hovsepian? (the long version).

What I Believe
We live in a noisy, confusing culture. My calling is to help you know what you believe and why, with conversations anchored in God’s Word—always in truth, always with grace, and always pointing to Jesus.
A Word of Hope
If you’re fighting temptation, addiction, or disappointment, you’re not beyond the reach of God’s grace. Jesus still forgives, heals, and leads us into freedom (1 John 1:9). Keep going—you’re not alone.
