Have you ever read the entire Bible?

Not over a year.

Not a chapter here and there.

But from Genesis to Revelation.

In January 2024, I challenged myself to read the entire Bible in 30 days. I didn’t map it out months in advance or prepare perfectly — I simply said yes and trusted God to meet me in His Word.

Reading the Bible in 30 Days: A February Challenge for Women

What I didn’t expect was how deeply it would change me.

Reading Scripture this way didn’t feel rushed. Instead, it felt immersive. For the first time in a long time, I could clearly see the big picture of God’s redemption story — His faithfulness, patience, mercy, and pursuit of His people woven through every single book.

After sharing my experience, I realized I wasn’t alone. Many women are hungry for God’s Word but feel overwhelmed, inconsistent, or unsure where to start. That’s why I decided to do this together.

Why February Is the Perfect Time to Start

January is often full of pressure. New goals. Big expectations. And sometimes, burnout before the month is even over.

February feels different.

It’s quieter. Slower. A chance to reset — not with perfection, but with intention.

February is an ideal month to return to Scripture, build consistency, and let God’s Word speak without the noise of unrealistic expectations. That’s exactly why I’m hosting a Read the Bible in 30 Days Challenge beginning February 1st.

What This Challenge Is — and What It Isn’t

Let’s be clear from the start.

This challenge IS:

✔ A structured 30-day plan to read the entire Bible

✔ About 35–40 chapters a day

✔ Reading and/or listening

✔ Focused on seeing the big picture of Scripture

✔ Supported by daily encouragement and community

This challenge IS NOT:

✘ A replacement for deep Bible study

✘ A test of spiritual maturity

✘ A race or competition

✘ About understanding every verse

✘ About perfection

This challenge does not replace Bible study. Slow, reflective study will always have an important place in a believer’s life. Think of this challenge as an immersion — a way to step back and see how everything fits together. Deep Bible study still matters and always will. This simply serves a different purpose.

Who This February Bible Challenge Is For

This challenge is for you if:

  • You love God but struggle with consistency

  • You feel spiritually dry or distracted

  • You’ve tried yearly reading plans and fallen behind

  • You want structure without shame

  • You want to understand Scripture more fully

  • You’re craving a fresh start in God’s Word

You don’t need to be a theologian.

You don’t need hours of uninterrupted time.

You just need a willing heart.

How the February Reading the Bible-in-30-Days Challenge Works

Inside our Facebook group, we’ll walk through the entire Bible together over 30 days.

Here’s what to expect:

  • 📖 A free, clear reading plan

  • 🤍 Daily encouragement and reminders

  • 📝 Simple prompts to reflect and engage

  • 🙏 Prayer support and accountability

  • 🎧 Freedom to read, listen, or do a mix of both

Some days will feel easy. Others will feel heavy. That’s okay. The goal is faithfulness — not performance.

Reading vs. Listening — Both Count

Life is busy. I get it.

There will be days when sitting quietly with your Bible feels impossible. Listening to Scripture while doing mindless tasks — dishes, laundry, walking — can be a beautiful way to stay immersed in God’s Word.

While listening does not replace sitting down with a physical Bible, it can be a powerful supplement. The goal is to stay connected to God’s Word throughout the day — in ways that are realistic for your life right now.

Why Reading the Bible This Way Matters

When you read Scripture in a short period of time, something powerful happens.

You begin to see:

  • Patterns across books

  • Repeated themes

  • God’s unchanging character

  • His redemptive plan unfolding across generations

From creation… to the fall… to promise… to fulfillment in Christ… to the hope of eternity — the Bible becomes one cohesive story instead of disconnected pieces.

And that perspective changes how you read Scripture going forward.
